    Absurd processing, shameless communication

    I ordered a helmet for delivery to my home address. Shipping was confirmed to this address via UPS, but the delivery was made to a location unknown to me, 20 km away from the confirmed delivery address. That can happen. However, what followed in communication was disturbing. Not that they were looking for a solution, but they brazenly claimed that I had ordered the pick-up at the mentioned connection point. And this despite the fact that even the order confirmation confirmed everything as I had ordered it. Not recommended.

    We have tried many times to explain to you that you have ordered to a UPS Accesspoint and not to your home address. We have documented this via your order confirmation. It is unfortunate that you keep claiming the opposite and we cannot change this. But it must of course be stated that your review is fake.
